The ATi Radeon video card is the stock Apple video card (verified), NOT a non Apple card thrown in afterwards. Then it boots up in LIVE CD mode and everything works except pressing the INSTALL icon. Hard drives are Western Digital, Seagate, Hitachi (all 1tb models) and a Samsung SSD (256g model) I have tried four different hard drives with each of the 14 medias, in each of the DVD drives. I have insured the each of the 14 medias work installing on other computers. I have burned each of the Mint and Rehat distros to both -R and +R media. I have tested each of the DVD drives in other computers, AND used my copies of Linux installs on those systems. Let me add that I have used three different DVD drives in attempt to insure that the DVD drive is not the issue.
